General Terms and Conditions for eBoka

1. Parties and Scope

These general terms apply when a customer makes a service booking via eBoka. eBoka is owned and provided by Bird Vision AB and functions as a technical intermediary between the customer and the service provider. By making a booking through the platform, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Service Description

The platform allows customers to view available services and times, provide necessary information, select add-ons, confirm a booking, and in some cases manage cancellations or rebookings. All service information is provided by the service provider.

3. Booking Process

A booking is considered completed when the customer has provided all required details, accepted the terms, and received a booking confirmation. Some bookings may remain preliminary until the service provider manually approves the assignment.

4. Prices and Payment

The service price is displayed in the platform or communicated by the service provider. The method of payment is determined by the provider. Late payments may incur fees. If tax deductions are rejected, the service provider has the right to charge the customer the corresponding amount.

5. Tax Deductions (RUT/ROT) – If Applicable

The customer is responsible for meeting the RUT/ROT requirements and providing correct information. The service provider usually applies for the deduction after the service is completed. If the Tax Agency rejects the claim, the customer is liable for the remaining amount.

6. Cancellation and Rebooking

Cancellation and rebooking rules are set by each service provider. Cancellations should be made via the platform or directly to the provider. If the provider cancels, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If the customer is a consumer, Swedish distance contract law may apply. However, the right of withdrawal does not always apply to services booked for a specific date or time.

8. Customer's Responsibility

The customer must ensure access for the service provider, be reachable, and provide accurate information.

9. Service Provider's Responsibility

The service provider is responsible for performing the service professionally. Complaints must be directed to the provider within a reasonable time.

10. Role of the Platform (Bird Vision AB)

The platform acts as an intermediary. Bird Vision AB is not responsible for service performance but ensures platform availability.

11. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Information provided in eBoka may be shared internally within Bird Vision AB for administration, support, and legal compliance. Personal data is only shared with the relevant service provider and processed according to GDPR.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Bird Vision AB or its licensors. The customer may only use the platform in accordance with these terms.

13. Force Majeure

Neither the service provider nor Bird Vision AB is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, such as strikes or natural disasters.

14. Changes to the Terms

Bird Vision AB reserves the right to update the terms. In case of significant changes, updated terms will be published on the platform.
